Functional Committee Performance Evaluation


To implement corporate governance and enhance the Company's board functions, and to set forth performance objectives to improve the operation efficiency of the board of directors, "Self or Peer Evaluation Measures of the Board of Directors" is established pursuant to Article 37 of the Corporate Governance Best Practice Principles for TWSE/TPEx Listed Companies, and it was approved by the board meeting on March 25, 2020.

In 2025, the implementation of functional committee self-assessment is as follows, and it was reported to the board of directors on February 11, 2026.
